I placed my second order with NT on Monday. NT ships Tuesday. USPS says it should be here in Austin on Thursday. Winter storm in North Texas and Oklahoma on Wednesday. Well alright, it will be delayed a day. Not in the mailbox today. USPS tracking only says it departed the USPS facility in Omaha at 2:00 AM Wednesday morning...nothing more after that...I fear the truck is on the side of the road between here and Omaha...if not, they better have a good excuse!

I carefully timed out the last of my Strawnilla to last me until the new arrives...well, if it arrives this week...I don't want to vape that other stuff, but I am down to just a few mils.

Just need to relax, breathe, have a vape...but not too much vape...

You sound like you think highly of USPS haha. They've messed up the majority of my orders. Coming 1-2 days late. No updates on tracking. Driving over my packages, well not literally but the boxes was beat to hell. One package they lost stuff out of that I bought used and they only held the box back together with a small rubber band and a sorry note. They manage to get 6ml bottles back in, but couldn't find the big plastic box with 2 batteries in it  Hope you get your stuff soon though.

Yep, I'm with you too. I have 3 packages that haven't been updated , two of which were supposed to be delivered today and one of which is a NT order.

Screw USPS man. Seriously.
I wouldn't go so far as to screw the USPS, but I will question their motto:

"Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

cuz it's a lie!

I think it's the weather. It has been really difficult on the carriers and truck drivers. Hopefully things will get better once the weather improves.

I know it's probably not what everyone wants to hear but if you are in dire need of something, you should upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority mail. It's guaranteed 2-3 day delivery. First Class mail is not guaranteed and has a 2-5 estimated delivery window.

I am a mailman and hope this helps a little bit. Neither snow nor rain shouldn't stop us but some of these storms we've had in the last month have made it very dangerous to make some deliveries. It's not worth risking your life and well being to get somewhere.

The two packages that were supposed to be delivered today we're, in fact, priority mail packages. Clearly that's no guarantee.

Not trying to be mean, but just pointing out that the upgrade to priority doesn't GUARANTEE two day delivery.

I can see how that'd help Matt, but at the same time, everything I get is Priority 2 day. It's not even snowing in the south, but it takes 3-4 days to get when a product I order ships on a Monday. I ordered a package from North Carolina to Alabama and that took 4 days after the post office tracking says it departed even though it was priority 2 day. No snow, no rain according to the weather channel. Not cold enough for ice on the roads.

I like my mail carrier, it's whoever else in the facilities and truckers (even though I have a ton of respect for truckers) that seem to slow it down. Although I had one mail lady that sucks and she works every other day. She refuses to get out and knock on the door or ring the doorbell and try to get a signature for something that needs signed. She just sticks that card in the mail box.

Yup, same here. I was expecting to come home to 2 of the last bottles of ACB. Shipped Monday, allegedly left Omaha on Wednesday. Sorry Matty, nothing against you, but really it arrived in the Omaha distribution center on Monday and stayed there. The weather was not that bad on Tuesday that they couldn't have gotten it on the plane. My box is 3 day Priority. Hopefully tomorrow.......

When we had a major snow storm every week for six weeks in 2006 mail was stopped dead because the roads were impassible for semi's and the planes bringing mail in could not land. It was a major weather screw up that no one could handle. Folks were camping at DIA and were stranded for weeks. The Red Cross had to bring food and cots and supplies to them via helicopters from the air force base just south of DIA. There was no bread, milk, produce, meat and very few canned goods in the stores. Nothing much at all really and the employees had been stranded there for weeks. I mean the first storm was a 30" one, the next week we got 20", then only 12" but then 35", it just kept coming!

Honestly the mail was really not important since we were just praying we wouldn't lose power so we could keep heating our ketchup "soup". My husband's job was shut down for weeks and they got lots of grief from Washington until the base commander posted pictures so the folks in Washington could all see what we were dealing with, F-16's buried in snow over their wings.... I will never forget the pictures of the lines of semis parked on the side of I-70 westbound waiting to get into the city for their deliveries. They had to send out fuel tankers just to keep their heaters running!

Not to say that all y'all shouldn't be miffed, just started to reminisce here....I'm chatty tonight.

This was Kentucky this week...Wednesday I think. So how is mail supposed to travel in this? One of the stuck trucks there may be a good friend of mine. He was delivering a load to Walmart.

I too have a priority package that is now 2 days late. It's frustrating, but at the same time it is what it is. I used to deliver for FedEx, and I know how the weather can effect the delivery process. So sometimes ya just gotta be patient. I have nothing but respect to couriers who have to make their rounds in the weather, but at the same time.. I've had some horrible experiences with USPS. In the area that I live in, they will not go out of their way to make an attempt at delivering. I've had them lie about attempting delivery to me. Taking off work to sign for a package just to find out they've lied about knocking on my door all together is the worst. Neither here nor there, ya just gotta deal with it. It'll get to you soon enough. I hope everyone's packages get to them soon.
