My battle with Santa Clarita continues. (Not vape mail...)

Package arrives in Vally Village then North Hollywood then Santa Clarita on April 9

Then it disappears till today and it's in Spokane, WA

A priority parcel was loaded on a truck and sent to Spokane freakin WA

I hate the Santa Clarita sorting center. :glare:

Let's see how long it takes to get to me THIS time!!

While I can sympathize with the horror stories on this thread, I must say that my experience with USPS has been largely positive. Whenever I opt for the slightly more expensive 2-3 day priority shipping, it typically arrives one day ahead of the expected delivery date. However, I ordered an iStick 50w / Subtank Nano via First Class and the tracking never updated beyond "Shipment Accepted." Then, just a few hours ago, the tracking info jumped straight to "Delivered In / At Mailbox".

Honestly - the USPS does a great job for the $$$ we pay them. 97% of the Priority Orders get there, and include $50USD in insurance. Most of our orders are priority - no one orders enough to get 1st Class anymore - they are all over 13oz!

$5.75, or FREE SHIPPING OVER $50 IN THE US!

I'm lucky, I guess, I always get my mail quickly. It amazes me how quickly it gets here with first class, and I've used the 2 day service which is costly, but it doesn't get here any faster, imo. I'm waiting on vape mail from Nicoticket and Sweet-Vapes, and both are priority packages! I lost my Subtank and iStick somewhere in my house a week ago...what a week! My Nicoticket still tastes good in an Aerotank, but I miss my SubOhm vaping!

For the most part, barring bad weather, my packages from NT get here super quick. Tracking on my latest order said delivery tomorrow. It was in my mailbox yesterday. It helps that there aren't multiple distribution centers involved in getting to here. Omaha straight to San Jose or Fresno then my PO. The previous juice vendor I dealt with their shipping always went through Kearney NJ . That place is a black hole...

I have to admit, the postal service is on the ball this time. I ordered Friday, just one bottle of Radio and chose 1st class this time since it was only 1 bottle. I got the shipping notice 40 minutes later! That's just incredibly awesome folks!. I checked it this morning and shows it's already left Austin, so if there was mail on Sunday, it would have arrived today. I've never had an NT order go awry. The postal service has this route memorized and it doesn't get lost. Now, orders from California and Florida, the tracking amazes and infuriates me.

I love to hear success stories! 99% of the shipments never have an issue - that's what we need to focus on!
