How many wraps on a toothpick for .9 ohms, dual and single coil? Thanks

Not sure how many wraps you need, but if you make one the way you want it and then check the resistance, it will be cut in half if you were to make it a dual. I use 32Ga Kanthal and wrap 8 times around a paperclip (75% the size of a toothpick roughly) without any non resistance wire also. This gives me usually 3.2 - 3.4 ohms and then after I complete my dual coil end up with a final res. of 1.6 - 1.7 ohms. Also I am using 3mm wick which is almost too big for this size wrap but vapes great for my taste. You probably need to try 3-4 wraps and check with ohm meter. You can check the wire before cutting it, it will only measure between the two meter ends. Wrap, measure, and then add or remove a wrap and recheck....
