Making juice 1st time questions

Hello, I'm making juice for the 1st time and have a few questions. I have bottles of VG and PG and,
a bottle of 60 mg nicotine VG based, and various favors,
I'm looking at e juice calculator making a 15ml bottle it's telling me that I need,
11.25 ML nicotine 1.13 ML PG 1.13 ML VG, and I did the flavor at 10% so it's 1.5 ML it seems
Like most of the bottle is nicotine is this correct and Im hardly adding any PG and VG?
Oh I'm trying to make it 18 mg strength,

Also when making a batch with out nicotine it's telling me 6.75 PG 6.75 VG and 1.5 ML flavor does that sound ccorrect and should I be mixing it 50/50 PG VG?

RECHECK your calculations, that seems WAY to much NIC. I think you missed something there. I show 60mg base, 18mg target, 15ml bottle would be 4.5 ml of nic 6ml pg, 3ml vg at 10% flavor.

So you mix yours 70% PG 30% VG for your base mix?
