Malaysian Local E-Juice with 0mg Nicotine

I've looked high and low for locally made 0mg nicotine e-juice but couldn't find any. I'm not willing to pay for imported e-juices, especially when the Ringgit is as low as it is right now. Anybody know where I could find some locally?

Noticed that you're also from Malaysia. If I wanted to start making my own e juice, where do I start looking? Are they suppliers of the raw material here in Malaysia?
