That was one of my favorites. I finally came up with a recipe that is very close IMO. I ordered all of the flavors from DIY Flavorshack. You'll need English Toffee VG, French Vanilla, Holy Vanilla, English Toffee PG, Buttercream and ethyl maltol. You will need nicotine base at 100% VG to get the 70/30 VG/PG ratio.

English Toffee VG 8%
English Toffee PG 2.5%
French Vanilla 2.5%
Holy Vanilla 1%
Butter Cream 1%
70% VG
30% EM (replaces plain PG)
1% saline .9%

It takes app. 3 days for it to ripen but can be vaped immediately. You may want to add sweetener to taste. I don't use sweetener.

I highly recommend the French Vanilla from DIY Flavorshack. It's the best I've found anywhere.

Did you eventually give up on the LA English Toffee and ACV? The only thing on this list I don't have is Butter Cream, but I do have DIYFS Sugar Cream. My French Vanilla is from Capella's. I assume you have tried this recipe with and without the saline....what do you find that that this adds to MT if you don't mind me asking?

I'm pretty sure the English Toffee PG that I get at DIYFS is LA. I have purchased LA in the little bottles at Wally World and they smell and taste identical. I have only recently started subbing the ACV with saline just to see what, if any, difference it made. I think the saline provided the "missing something" dilemma, like when you're cooking, and a dash of salt is the missing ingredient. The butter cream addition was a tweaking discovery. I was playing with the recipe and added a few drops to see what it would do. I liked the results b/c IMO it added a creamier, slightly sweeter dimension. I've tried Cap's FV, as well as TFA but I think DIYFS has the best of the best FV. YMMV

What kind of Saline are you talking about, plus the english Toffee I have from DIYfs doesn't say if it's PG or VG. I also have Ethyl Maltol from them to and, also doesn't say VG or PG. And my nicotene base is 50/50, 100mg/ml. But I do have VG base and PG base. Thanks for you're help Lyndagayle!
I just looked at my bottles so I could see exactly how they're labeled. The VG version is labeled "VG English Toffee." The PG just says "English Toffee." The VG version is very dark and the PG version is dark, but you can see through it. I'm pretty certain the PG ET is Lorann's. The saline I'm using is .9% saline that is used for IV flushes in the hospital but it can be obtained at other places. Do a search here using keyword "saline" and you'll get a lot of useful information about it and where others get theirs. If you bought premixed ethyl maltol, it is probably PG. It's very hard to dissolve in VG and if it was mixed with PGA (alcohol) you'd definitely smell it! You're very welcome! I hope it works out for you. It's always a tough call trying to match flavors with vendor's versions but I am satisfied with this recipe and BWB MT was one of my favorites before I started making my own.
