Yep end of August was a year off the ciggies. Been doing it with an Innokin clearomiser setup. Its basic I guess but its done the job so far. Im still on 18 migs of nicotine I did drop to 12 for a while but the urge to smoke started getting to strong so I went back to 18. Ive been through some tuff times in the last year and im stoked that I havnt picked up a cigy. My health is way better than 12 months ago though im still very prone to getting chest infections and I need my inhallor occasionally for breathing better.Im just getting over another infection now. I don't hang out with smokers much but when I do I notice I still like the smell of smoke. I think smokers don't know what to make of me really its like they don't believe me when they ask and I tell them I havnt smoked for over a year, . Occasionally when ive been around other people in public ive noticed some people try to avoid my expelled vapour like the plague but don't seem so bothered by expelled cigarette smoke even though its got numerous cancer producing gasses in it. I use 80 % VG ,20 % PG as the higher PG concentration used to irritate my throat and made me cough more.Ive settled on a mixture of Maui sunrise and green apple flavour from Mt Baker vapour .I was recently in England and bought some tobacco flavour which is the closest juice ive tried to tasting like real tobacco I wont do that again though as it reminded me too much of tobacco ciggys. Anyways im so glad the the ecigs were around as nothing else ive tried to help me quit the ciggys ever worked. They have probably saved my life really.

Congrats on the one year mark! :thumb: Don't sweat your nic levels too much work down at whatever pace feels comfortable to you and keeps you off analogs. I'm getting closer to my 2 year mark as well and still go back and forth between 24 and 18 mg. (I started at 36 mg) I'm converting to a sub ohm tank soon so I'm hoping that will cut my nicotine some more.

Also, as a believer in the power in ecigs, please be sure to comment about your story here:
