I got one too, a while back, but didn't do anything about it. I still use it sometimes, but it doesn't perform at all while driving, you tend to forget that you have to devote so much energy to making sure the switch really turns it on and it's a pain. I was hoping they would take care of it at a pre-shipping level. I can readily hear the ones that click loudly, those do not have problems, only the one which does not click loudly lke the rest.
I'm sure they may have replaced it, but I'm not too enthusiastic about the repair-by-mail time delay thing.

The XL manual battery I got today is doing the same thing... It's not that it's hard to push - but that you really have to push on it 95% of the time to get it to activate, and if you soften the pressure at all it cuts out. 5% of the time it works normally though on the first try lol

I'm going to do the same thing - see if it chills out over the next week or so...I'm hoping because I really like the XL bats

I really enjoy my new vk kit with the manual standard batteries. But as I stated earlier I have to press the button kind of hard but a now I press it with my thumb works better that way..I was comparing my old 510 manuals to vk manual...Which the 510 batterys manual have a hair trigger on them maybe this might not be normal for them to do that..

I sure am enjoying my new VK KIT from vape4life excellent product...They have become my new supplier..
