Good Afternoon mods and Bros,

I have been researching on alot vaping and just put in an order through a site that posts their PV in an unmarked box and currently waiting on it's arrival.

Hopelly will not get intercepted, will post updates on my commando purchase. eGo Mega [quite excited!]

I was hoping to get some advice on the market rate for pv in Singapore for the sake of some transparency in our community to prevent newer members from kena-ing carrot :D

Apologies to mods if this topic is not allowed and feel free to delete.

where?
Willing buyer, willing seller. How much someone pays for a PV locally I think is really how much he is willing to pay for it. Everyone should do their own research, read the forums, ask around, and you will find out how you can get it from certain sources overseas, however there is always the risk of getting confiscated. Prices locally are usually more expensive because people selling them have to consider the 'risk' factor when they imported the sets in.

My 2 cents is that its always cheaper to ship it in. If want to buy locally, always be prepared to pay premium because the seller is likely going to factor in 'risk' and thus the price will go up quite a lot. Anyway a rough guide for a basic PV set can range from 50 - 150 if purchased overseas, depending on the type of set. This is without liquids usually. Again, always do your research before jumping in.

It's fair from my point of view. I suppose they have some form of risk pay in their nature of business. Anyways, will use this thread to update on my commando order from a site. If successful, will notify all bros and sis who can try at their own risk. Doing this to help the growth of the vaping community. Bear in mind, if I manage to get mine from the site, it doesnt mean it is a 100% for the next person. :)

I think the price is truely expensive. But if u can get it locally at that price and taking the risk into consideration, it should be good. Maybe you can take your risk yourself and buy online but do read up more as alot of the online purchase did not reach the buyer due to our good ICA scanner. Well choice is yours.

I am humbled that you took the time to reply this thread considering your seniority. Thanks for that. Yes, I agree and I understand the risks at hand. I dont know whether there are any other bros who visit SBF in which this is termed the Commando FR haha. Whatever the outcome, I think it will be good to let the rest of the future bros/sis to know to make their decision. A somewhat expensive experiement for the good of this group?

I would say that all in all whoever or however they get their sets, is good for them that they are willing to pay to quit tobacco smoke. Truely that not all Singaporean get to be reach by us SG vapers. Taking the risk that one sell to another is an offence against the law. The profit that is make is not enough to pay for the 1 time fine of 5k.
Letting all the pioneers supplier in SG supply will allow us SGvaper to build up Members too and soon 1 day that SGvaper will be reconigse in worldwide like how ECF members know about SGvaper. It ia true that there are many vapers in Singapore but minority post online in SG vapers due to many issue. It can't be help. But someday when e-cig is not ban, then maybe will be a different story.
