Master List "DIY Recipe Sites" Sites containing good recipes.......

Hello all,
I spend hours and hours trolling the internet looking for sites that have recipes with lots of good feedback. If you are like me and hate to waste money on looser recipes you can relate. I am relatively new to DIY so I figured the best way to learn was to try making all the best recipes. Well I have made many bad and very few good. How to know whats good?...Everyone has a list. We need a Yelp style type of site that allows searching by highest rating.
It is my biggest frustration that there isn't a easier way for newbies to get started and have success. I want nothing more than to see the vaping scene blow up as it should. We have a great thing going here.
So if anyone has done the leg work and wants to share please do.
