I have 30vg/70pg base but I want 50vg/50pg base. I use 30ml bottle. No nic. I have 100vg to add to the 30/70. How many ml of 100vg to make the 30vg/70pg a 50/50 plend?
Please make sure you really have 30%VG and 70%PG... that is not a very common mix anymore. 70%VG and 30% PG is quite common these days. I am not saying you are mistaken; I just don't want you to take your e-liquid in the wrong direction. :)

This can become even more confusing, because it used to be pretty standard, to express the ratio as "PG/VG" (PG always being expressed first). Then, with the increase in popularity of high VG ratios, many commercial e-liquid manufacturers started to reverse that. What used to be 30PG/70VG, is now labeled as 70VG/30PG. This isn't a big deal... until the manufacturers leave off the PG and VG designators entirely, and just start labeling it as "70/30," and expect the user to know which is the PG and which is the VG.

Assuming your numbers are correct; here is your answer:

A couple of FYIs:
1. Note that you are adding 12mL to 30mL... so, be sure to have a container that can hold at least 42mL. Larger would be even better, so you have room to shake.

2. If this is a flavored e-liquid you are adjusting; note that you will be diluting the flavor by 40% (12 is 40% of 30). That will very likely be noticeable (weaker flavor).
