I turned the bad scuff you read about away from the camera... I've been working at it with a little steel wool a few minutes here and there and I'm pretty sure it will be almost unnoticeable in a few days or weeks of I keep at it. There's a pretty good ding in the bottom edge from the 40 mph roll
through the ditch that's going to be a permanent battle scar, though. Gives it character

These rough stacks are impressively durable. And, I've had a close look at the new finish. I'll try to take it a little easier on the new one, but it doesn't look like I'll need to be very concerned. It's
flawless. I'm sure it will last for years. I really like the little bit of texture it has.
