Maxi Roughstack V2 for camping?

So I'm currently on the hunt for a mod for camping. My boyfriend and I frequently go backpacking and so far, I've just been using a VK passthrough and solar charger. I'm looking for something more durable with awesome battery life at this point that still has awesome vapor production.

Looking through older posts, I feel like the Maxi Roughstack would be my best choice. So my question is this. Say our average trips last 3-7 days. How many backup 18650's would you suggest I have on hand? As far as I can see, they are 510 compatible... Should I have backup atty's/carts on hand as well?

I back country it a lot and bring a back up of everything. The Maxi Roughstack is a good choice. Very rugged and long battery life with the 18650s. Dunno if weight is a problem if ur packing it...

the maxi rs is a great mod,just make sure you try all the batts before you go camping...the 2 16340s I got with my rs were DOA, luckily I also bout 2 4.8 nimh batts that work wonderfully

I would also bring your favorite atty plus one and a bottle of juice. 30ml just to be safe.
