I know this is kind of an unusual goal, but my wife is bothered by strong throat hit, but loves a ton of vapor. It seems to me that increasing voltage delivered to the atomizer would increase both. Assuming that my assumption is correct, does anyone know how to effectively increase vapor production without increasing th? If I am wrong from the start, please set me straight.

She says that, in a perfect world, she would like a pv that produces a cloud of vapor, but just feels like air going down.

Looking forward to your advice, vapor ninjas.

16mg pg seems to work well for her, and I was trying to continue using the pg, since we have a lot of it. I am going to do some experimentation to see if I can figure it out. I am thinking that the volume of the atomizer probably affects the th and vapor production more than anything else. We shall see.
Not true. All things being equal the lower the ohms of the atty the more TH, adding glycerin to your liquids will increase vapor and decrease TH.

As was noted a high ohm atty like the 801 with mostly VG liquid should produce lots of low TH vapor.

Since you have lots of PG liquid, I would try adding 10% to 30% VG to a test batch of juice and try it on with the hardware you currently have. You'll lose some flavor and tone down the nic but it will mellow out the throat hit and you should see a considerable increase in vapor production.

I would adjust the software (juice) before I stared messing with the hardware. I would hit the pharmacy (or Wally World) and grab a $5 bottle of USP grade Vegetable Glycerin (VG) and experiment a little. If that doesn't work out for whatever reason, then I would start playing with the hardware. But I like the idea of finding a locally available $5 solution over spending the money for on-line new equipment orders.
