Dear Ms. T,

I am very disappointed that you have lowered the maximum points redemption per order to 50 ($5), when it used to be 200 ($20). Given the minimum order for points redemption is $15, I would have to make 4 separate orders and pay 4 separate shipping charges ($20 total) to use the majority of my 208 points. I ordered large the last two times with the $20 limit per order in mind and now it's changed. I was going to use it on my next large order, now all I have is $5 to use. At this rate, I'll never be able to use them up. It's the equivalent of giving free shipping to everybody who has at least 75 points, and that's it.

I wish you had left it like it was. Now it's pretty pointless.

If she's not able to carry the $20 limit off financially, I recommend letting everybody who has points currently to be able to use as many as they want up to a certain date until they are exhausted, and then implement the $5 limit at that time. Or once everybody has used their existing points, in the meantime suspending awarding new points, she could scrap the points program altogether and just offer free shipping for orders over $50, because that's what it amounts to now that the limit is $5.

I know it's her right to do whatever she wants, but it would have been nice to have notice so we could get those orders in with the points we can't now use.

I have to agree with this as well, after a client buys for a long time they should be able to claim free bottles and this has stopped that, whats the sense in the points program if you cant use them, this is the most expensive juice on the market, don't get me wrong it's also the best but why have a program like this if you cant use all your points on orders, heck after spending 300-500 bucks whats a free bottle here and there using your points, the client is definitely coming back and this is more like a loyalty program the way its set up, not a free shipping program please think about letting all the clients use there points however they want this would be a real program then and also get even more orders to the site because people are going to buy that little bit extra every time maybe just to get that little bit extra of points for the free bottle next time, Please Mr's T OPEN IT BACK UP

Exactly, you said it, and the last bit is exactly what I had been doing and would still be doing if it were the same.

Siouxsie,

Exactly, I mean this is a customer loyalty program, isn't the customer supposed to get something for a loyalty program, heck I cant believe she changed this and you had all these point and now there taken away, everyone should get a credit if that's the case for the points they had, but in reality this kind of program should be used where the client should be able to use there points however they want, (THEY EARNED THEM) in my eyes, I think setting it so you could use all of your points whenever you wanted would really be best like some other vendors do I buy from, Heck when I'm ordering if I'm a bottle or two away from getting enough points that it would give me enough if I ordered more to get something for free on my next order I'm going to add that extra purchase on this order knowing next time I have something to look forward to when I go back to place my next order. C'mon T Please think about this and just opening it up so we can use all of our points if we want to on orders, just make it so we at least have to make a purchase, that would be a program we all would really look forward to and be fun for all the customers, I know it is with another vendor I buy hardware from and it works great they get many of positive remarks for it that way

I just can't help but think T hasn't thought this all the way through. I'm sure she'll rethink it and we'll see what she says after that.

EDIT: Now that I think about it...

She mentioned in another thread, and don't ask me which one, that she was having some kind of business related problems. So maybe I smell the advice of a CPA behind this one.

Well, no matter who thought it and made this revision, I think its a bad one for the client Siouxsie, I sure hope that Ms T rethinks this and opens it up so the clients that buy often and buy a lot have something to look forward too as far as a program, the way it is now in my opinion it might as well be taken away all together because it doesn't get me excited at all and I would love to buy more and more and place bigger orders to accumulate points I could then use how I personally wanted, especially to try free bottles of new or stuff I haven't ever tried and get em for free by using my points or even getting a free bottle once in a while just because of how much I spent, when you look at it it really doesn't cost anything to do this but it brings customers back again and again and that's what this kind of program is intended to do in my opinion, especially since there's no discount code when we order

sorry to hear about that :( really stinks for those that made it a point to order and saved their points till they reach the $20 maximum allowed to be redeemed at one time.. Thinking it would be nice to at least allow previously saved points prior to policy change date to still be used under that maximum up to a set date.. Some notice should be given in the future of policy update changes becomming in effect on so and so date to be fair to all!!! Hope that will be considered for those of ya'll who didn't get to use your purposely saved points beforehand..

As far as the maximum redemption points getting lowered for future purchases, I have no problem with that since one is entitled to run their business as one sees fit.. I do have a problem when no notice is given to customers though....

Wait a minute.

Didn't it use to be a minimum of $10 and a max of $20?

I just made it to the $10 reward mark, and now it's down to a $5 max?

I understand if you need to tweak the rewards program, but at least honor what we've already accumulated. At the ultimate least, let us use what was the old minimum! I was getting ready to place another order, and was hoping to use up my rewards!

I'll still use them up one way or another, as I'm still going to be ordering... just seems a bit drastic and a bit sudden, y'know?

I have not been on Ms T's site lately, but if this is all true, she needs to go back to the original points system. I love her juice and I believe she is very talented at making juice, but this was not fair to the customers. Her juice IS the best on the market IMHO, but it is also one of the most expensive on the market as well. If she cannot make money with the points system, just do what another poster said and give free shipping on orders over a certain amount of money and call it a day. Not bashing Ms T, I love her and she is a very sweet person. I do believe she has the best of intentions, but sometimes the money gets in the way. She is really trying to reward her loyal customers, but it might be eating away at her bottom line more than she thought it would. Hope it gets resolved for everyone. She DOES HAVE THE BEST JUICE ON EARTH!!!!! I only wish I had 1/2 the mixing talent that she does.

CV ;)

OK This point system has been a pain in my dupa now.... since I installed it.

This is how I "had" the system set! You had to have over 100 points to be able to use the points. Then you were limited up to 200 to use in each order. Now there is some other issues that factor in, you have to spend over $15 (not including shipping) and have over 100 points to be able to use them and limited up to 200 points were able to be used in each order.

I went in and changed it to ...you had to have over 75 points to be able to use the points. Then you were limited up to 100 to use in each order. Now there is some other issues that factor in, you have to spend over $15 (not including shipping) and have over 75 points to be able to use them and limited up to 100 points were able to be used in each order.

Hope that helps

You now have to have at least 75 points (not 100) before you can redeem anything.

The most you can use in one order is 100 points= $10.00 (not 200=$20.00 or 50=$5.00)

You must order at least $15.00, before shipping, to redeem any points.

The smallest amount off will be $7.50, the largest $10.00.

I think that's it...?
