I just ordered a couple of 10ml bottles of "Maxx Blend-SC" flavoring from Bull City Vapor. It is a tobacco flavoring ... This flavoring is not to be confused with the "FA Maxx Blend" they also sell.

Link: Maxx Blend-SC

All the website says is .... "Super Concentrated flavoring is made in China and recommended to start testing at 2.5%"

Anyone ever use this tobacco flavoring before? ... Good, bad or otherwise?

I wish Bull City would at least state which company in China manufactures this SC flavoring for them. Would be kinda nice to know.

Thanks,

Thanks SailCat ...

This Maxx Blend-SC flavoring should be here on Monday.

I am going to mix it by itself at just 3% and give it a try. Then I am going to mix it again at 3% and also add maybe 7 or 8% of FA 7-Leaves Ultimate with it and see how that works out ... maybe also add about 1% Cotton Candy for a touch of sweetness.

They don't state what actual flavor this Maxx Blend-SC is, but from the picture on the website, they show a cigar.

Yup. You've made an excellent choice.

My mini review on the SC Maxx Blend:
This is a super nice mellow sweet cigar flavor. It has similar qualities as the SC Cohiba. There is no bite or ash quality present. It will mix nicely with other tobaccos. Starting percentage should be 2.5% and work up from there. Tested at 5%, 40/60, and was excellent! Will probably hang around the 2% when mixing with other flavors, unless I want that nice cigar kick.

Super Concentrate Bull City Vapor

I use the SC MB in many of my ADV; it just adds that nice cigar note which I crave. Above is one of recipes which I am never without in my ADV rotation. So simple, yet so good!

They;re alcohol based, FS, same as VZSC. Your mixes are likely to benefit from steepng with the lid off for for the first day or two. Doing so will reduce the 'burn.' :)

Exactly! I've found that SC is much like Hangsen in the steep deptartment; you don't have to wait 1 to 4 weeks (as you do with many other flavor manufacturers tobaccos) for the mix to be quite vapable. Roughly 24 to 72 hrs later, you're golden with SC or HS! They're great for the impatient mixer!
