maybe dumb question

Say I have a bottle of VG ejuice, with flavor, and a bottle of PG ejuice without flavor. If I add a small amount, say 20%, of the unflavored to the flavored do I get more flavor. I keep hearing that the PG carries the flavor more than just VG. so it kinda makes sense but goes against common sense. I mean you put water in juice it dilutes it, wouldn't it be the same for ejuice?

Pg carries flavor better. But since you only have flavor in your bottle of VG, anything you add will dilute the flavor down. Simple common sense
If you had one juice of pg and flavor, and one juice of VG and flavor, the pg would tens to have a stronger flavor. Hope that made sense
