My latest order from Gotvapes is wrong, we ordered 4 of the mini vivi novas for xmas presents and I dont know what they sent but these are not novas. How would I get this corrected before Xmas? There is no phone number on website or anything. Any help would be appreciated, I dont want my nieces and nephews to have batteries but no tanks for xmas.

It doest have the metal on the top of the tank, the mouthpiece is flat and fits inside the tank, looks like a stardust.
