I'm new, but I'm so happy I have ordered from GV, if this is how fast customer support runs, I might have found my go to vendor (just placed my order today, hope I get it before the holiday)
In general, I'd rather pay more for a Great product and pay a little more with amazing customer support (and never need it) then pay less, and when in need get crap customer support.
