Won't let me edit my post for this...I got everything together in a work area to test under ir Monday, but I'm going out of state...on early Monday morning, of course.

I'll put up voltage drop findings under 0.7 and 1ohm load later tonight...to put you at ease, kdm.

Edit- phone is dead
So far under a 0.69ohm load at full capacity 0.6volt loss. ogcigs class a republic mod..no info on it..received via trade, and nothing online... I at least wanted to get something up before I have something real to bring to the table...might be working out of town for the week.

editedit- ~0.6 volt loss at 1ohm as well... I had a 1587 with another meter..just so happened to be a 1587 too.. sitting so I could measure the mod under some voltage to get it's voltage loss..but alas, someone moved it somewhere, so I couldn't find it when I had the mod to push voltage through it.. in SE US...so didn't even get out of town today for work and had no time to play with anything..

These voltage drop tests were with an inline volt meter. Last time I checked, the inline volt meter was pretty spot on with my other volt meters... I think I'm going with a dranetz to actually measure everything, but the main point in me doing any testing when it's already been done on these was to have it under IR..whenever the stars align while I'm at the office to do so...

Solid battery.. going at 0.6ohms.. no heat generating.

Finally getting everything together in new house, so I guess that's what I get for talking about something instead of just doing it. It sounds like a slow week at office.. so maybe soon.
