mbv 70vg30dw flavor shots

I'm looking to make an order here soon for some tobacco flavor eliquid from MBV and I'm thinking of getting the 70% vg / 30% dw blend (also think that 70% vg / 30% pg would be ok). I don't think I'm allergic to PG but I don't much care for how it makes my mouth and throat feel. I know that when I used the Blu it was pretty smooth compared to the V2 on NJOYs that I used. I'm not needing amazing throat hit since my RYO cigs didn't really hit that hard. I used light tubes and tobacco.

So if I were to get a blend like that, would I need to add any flavor shots to my juice since it wouldn't be the same as the normal house blend? I'm also curious if maybe just dropping the VG ratio would help. I'm vaping a 50/50 pg/vg right now and still feel like I'm getting more irritation than I want to. I'm using a Kanger EVOD 3.7V regulated and 2.5 ohm heads for now. Will go to 2.2 ohm once I use up the ones that came with the kit.

I don't use MBV's tobaccos, but I do really like their mix of 70 VG and 30 DW. It works great in an EVOD. I also bought a bunch of it for my DIY mixes. If you want to ask more about the tobaccos, come on over to the MBV thread in this forum. There are lots of people who can give you their perspective on MBV juices.

As far as throat hit, a lot of that has to do with the amount of nic and the actual flavor you choose, not just the Pg/VG ratio.
