MBV Flavoring Melted in bottle

I just received my flavorings in the mail from mount baker Vapor and I am guessing that one of the flavorings were TOOOO potent for the bottle. It melted through the bottle and was all over the rest of the bottles.

Toasted Marshmallow is the flavoring. Don't get me wrong; there is not a HUGE hole in it or anything, but big enough to let the flavoring flow out.

Weak... Money wasted. :glare:

Yes i am unsure if it was the flavoring or the bottle. I did email them and I did let them know that it could possibly be the bottle itself, which I am sure it is. I mean surely i wouldn't be the ONLY person with this problem with this flavor if that is the case.

Thats good to know that they will take care of it though!

I had a shipment of flavors from the several weeks ago. One of the bottle leaked during shipping. Everything smelled like butterscotch. I notified them and 3 days later I had a new bottle of butterscotch in the mail, free of charge. They have AWESOME customer service!

They are renown for their amazing customer service.

USPS misdelivered a juice delivery of mine and couldn't find where they had lost it. I sent MBV an email asking for a tracking number so I could make a claim. 3 days later, I got a replacement juice order in the mail with a nice message from the owner. No fault of MBV, they could have just said sorry and given me the tracking for the claim - I didn't ask for or expect a replacement.

MBV = best customer service in the vaping industry.

There is no way that marshmallow flavor degraded the bottle. This was either a defective bottle or it was mishandled during shipping. Either way, MBV will most definitely replace it for you free of charge.

This exactly^^^^^ but do give them a call or email.... I'm sure they will make it right. Sorry for your trouble though.
