They're probably trying to avoid being sued by the oh-so-wonderful Center for Environmental Health, which is threatening to use California's Proposition 65 as a club against e-cigarette businesses that sell in the state. Read more HERE.

TL/DR: The ANTZ are trying to scare you, and you shouldn't let them. vape on!

Everything is known by the state of Cali to cause cancer, birth defects, etc :D

This^^^^^. What more would you expect from the land of Fruits and Nuts.. Funny thing is in the past that reference, not only refered to the People in power but the economy of the state. Now we just have the people and no nuts or fruit.. Also funny how the state Known as the home of Entertainment/movie Industry. Is so against anything that might bring pleasure or relief to it's citizens.

I use MBV exclusively and I also noticed the change in the label. There was an American flag where the warning now sits. I think they're simply trying to get out in front of politics. The idiots passing laws group e-juice with tobacco products, which have the SG warning.

It is highly unlikely that MBV suddenly started adding a dab of lead into their mixes.

California seems to put this on EVERYTHING. I do a lot of online ordering, and I see this disclaimer on quite a few products that I have been ordering and using for a few years now. The topper was when I tried to order recycled plastic trash bags from a trusted vendor. I had ordered them previously and was very happy with them. The vendor (the same one I had ordered from before) took them off my order, and told me in no uncertain terms that they were not allowed to ship them to California. RECYCLED TRASH BAGS!!!!!!!

Sheesh. If only they would regulate the water hogs like they do trash bags.
