Vapor Joes - Daily Vaping Deals: AT YOUR OWN RISK: MTBAKERVAPOR PULLS ALL CINNAMON FLAVORS

I was surprised to read this, I've been vaping a DiY cinnamon Danish swirl for months. I don't have access to the entire study at science direct http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0887233313002610

does anyone here? The abstract is saying that the cinnamon Ceylon ejuice was the most cytotoxic (from my google search means toxic to cells)

thoughts?

I read a thread on here where a guy asked "if inhaling something that melts plastic was a good idea."

IMO.
Its kind of like smoking cigs before studies were done. Inhaling burning dead plant matter seemed like a good idea?

Naturally his comment was met with fury lol. I'm glad some people are down to earth enough to realize vapinv mighy not be totally safe or even reasonably safe, in some cases or all.

Some people are lving in the clouds of vape lol.

They pulled their cin juice due to a published report. They also posted on FB that they are not making any claims one way or the other regarding the safety of vaping cin juice, but are concerned with the health of their customers and will wait until further studies are completed.

I'd like to see a detailed readable analysis of that study.

I had a very bad experience with a red hot cinnamon MBV juice, that I posted on their thread. It had gone nuclear. So strong it was unvapeable. It killed my lungs for a few days.

I tried to dilute it to no avail. I had trouble washing it out of my Pyrex carto tank. I had to boil it, soak it in alcohol, vinegar, and boil it again.

I love hot cinnamon vapes, especially with a bit of menthol. They helped get me off analogs.

I waited about 40 to 45 days before I bought another brand of hot cin menthol that I used to love. I just can't Vape it anymore. Not even a tiny hit. My lungs just will not tolerate it any longer. Perhaps they are still healing.

So I am not too surprised by this news.

I can Vape a sweet bakery type cinnamon, but it has to be mild. I think I will just trash that juice too.

I know that for people who Love Cinnamon juices this action by MBV (and probably others going forward) is annoying. For myself though I really appreciate when a company proactively removes something that COULD be a problem. Weather the motivation is my benefit or the company's own is irrelevant. Something potentially dangerous is off the market. That is all that matters to me.

This is one of the things that drastically sets the vaping community apart from BT; the responsiveness and acknowledgement of scientific studies.
I also think that these kinds of studies can help outline what should be left out of e-liquids, and (I hope) will lead to reasonable regulation of vaping. By reasonable, I mean standards for safe ingredients and quality control, not that ridiculousness that was the FDA trying to ban imports of e-cigs.
MBV just got a little better, in my eyes, in addition to all the other good things I've heard about them.
