So now. How do I figure out how much pg vg to add to get the correct percentage? Or is there something else I should or could do?
First thing I would suggest is:
Find, and use, an e-liquid calculator. There are all sorts available. There are Windows calculators, Android calculators, calculators for most platforms out there (though I hear Apple/Mac has made it difficult; as they lump vaping in with "tobacco products" and ban them from the AppleStore). There are even on-line calculators that will run in any device that has internet access. There is no excuse to not use one.

My next suggestion is to not mix such large quantities; especially when experimenting with unproven recipes, and/or ingredients. One is just gambling with way too much inventory/resources. Besides wasting product; the larger the batch, the longer aging can take.

Start with 10-15mL batch sizes, and once you have a recipe you like, then you can scale up the batch size.

For your current mix of Jack PAZZO:
Because you don't list specific ingredients, with specific amounts, it is difficult to advise specific dilution amounts. However, if you have 26mL of flavoring, in a total volume of 126mL, then you have a flavoring percentage of 20.835% (26 ÷ 126 = 0.208349......)

To dilute 20.84% (rounded up) to 8% You will want to add 1.604mL of unflavored dilutant for every 1mL you are diluting. So that would mean:
16.04mL unflavored to 10mL of 20.84%
202.15mL unflavored to 126omL of 20.84%

But, again; I would strongly encourage you to start, by diluting only 10mL or so. You see how the batch size grows quickly when diluting; and you don't want to use up all your supplies and still have nothing you find vapeable.

And, just as an FYI:
Your initial mix of 11mL flavoring, plus 100mL of unflavored (if that is indeed what you did), put you at a 9.91% flavor concentration. I am surprised that you didn't have any flavor from that. That, I would think(?) would not be enough to exceed the flavor threshold, and mute everything to non-existence. All the more reason to start small. ;)

I just want to add, even with single flavor testers (or one shots) you should use MUCH less volume (think 10--20 ml total. It's just far less hassle to fix something in a smaller volume and if you get funk you will feel better about discarding.

I would also recommend at least a week of steeping before trying anything. It's going to give you pretty inconstant results without at least SOME steeping.

And yes a juice calculator is pretty helpful even with single flavors and etc.

Hang in there.
