Hey everyone I have a question on cleaning my mech mod, I got a Zeus mod clone (not sure if it's actually rhodium plated like the original) and it's starting to look a bit dull and not as shiny as when I first got it and Its starting to look like the silver finish to it is wearing down a bit because I'm starting to see what looks like copper come up and I wanted to know how I could give it a good clean to bring the shine back up without ruining the silver look to it I got some never dull but I'm worried this could ruin it, would never dull be safe to use on this mod? How can I bring back the silver color to my mod where it's starting to look like copper is popping up or is there any other products I could use to give it a good clean? Any suggestions and advice would be extremely helpful and thank you everyone in advance!

Neverdull is actuslly pretty rough
I doubt for 40-50 bucks its true rhodium
But it sound like its just chrome or nickel plated , and the plating is coming off or wearing out.
personally had a couple chinese mods do this.

Yep looks like the plate is wearing off.

So make it look like a straight copper mod? Not a bad idea only ran me about 35 for it and still hits better than my other 2 mods I have. What kind of sand paper would you suggest? And should I wet or dry sand it

I would do first run with like 600.lightly or youll scar it. Then a wet buff with 1000 or higher then if you want to get real nice some wet emory cloth and then metal polish. I used to do my provaris like that, looked like a mirror

I heard copper is not a good material for RDAs. Not sure why. Never researched it.
My rda is ss it's the doge v2 I'm keeping that lol the thing that's silver and fading is my mod this is a bit closer up the best I can do with the camera I have the mods starting to get like a reddish tint to it too and the spots that are really popping up under the silver are more of a red color
Doing a quick update, got home from work and decided to use the never dull on my mod anyways and this is how it turned out, all copper
not bad at all if you ask me lol thank you again everyone for your input and help!
