Been looking at them but not sure what atty to buy for it and I don't really trust myself to take a drill to the ones I have haha
The Raptor is relatively new. Dual 18650 mechanical box.

That all depends on your preferred vape, the RM2 is a good one to begin with, great flavor and a tight draw which can be drilled out easily for more air. Drilling the air hole is much easier than drilling out the pin.

Rio is probably what I will end up with but I like pretty decent airflow on the rda, I plan on running dual claptons in it if i cam and from my experience those tend to get really hot so the air would be nice to cool them down.

I'm pretty sure can put any atomizer on the on the LP Reo variants, it's machined to fit the 22mm atomizers. The site itself sells atomizers that are ready for bottom fed liquid.

I don't own one, I would like to get one eventually, so I'd check out the above poster's recommendation for attys. I'm sure you'll be able to find a atomizer you like for it.
I would be careful with the resistance, like other single battery mechanicals you don't want to run the resistance too low.
I personally like the Castigator mech box, I like it because it's small, and all the connections are solid. Haven't had a problem with it and it was only $30.

Angelcigs has a velocity RDA with a bottom feed pin option. That would be my choice. It's the one that says "ships from Germany".
Another +1 for the Reo, and I use an Odin on mine. Not sure about Claptons fitting in one though as I've never used them. I'm going to have to buy one of the cerakote ones soon to quote SuperX,"they look bad ayuss!"

REOs can handle anything from high ohm ultra stealth to sub ohm clouds, depends entirely on atty, build, and choice of juice.
I've had my Tesla invader 2 for a few months and it's worked great. For 35$ from eBay it was a good buy.
See, I've been afraid to run dual Claptons on my Reo. I thought I might collapse the spring or snap the positive arm. You guys think its ok? I've been looking for a decent and cheap regulated squonker for my bf Velocity.
It won't collapse the spring unless you build it too low.
I have dual Claptons on my little boy built at .45.
That build would work on a REO mechanical.
I would have to add a wrap. I'm sitting at 0.33 right now. I have it on one of the Skyfall squonk tanks on a Sigelei 100W.
Honestly, I get same or better performance from simple parallel coils, or even standard single strand coils.
Claptons are pretty but they don't offer anything you can't get with a well built standard coil.
