I I've read it allready a long time ago but I didnt understand wich battery to by there's a lot of them for example 25r samsung or Lg 30r
You need to re read it and understand the relationship between the build and the battery.
The coil build determines the draw on the battery, which determines which battery can be used safely.
Mechs aren't plug-and-play devices, and require a bit of understanding to be used safely.

ok I got it sir i'm using twisted coil by wotofo 26g reading at 0.18 ohm
How many Amps does the build (.18Ω) draw from a fresh 18650? (4.1V)
Which battery would be able to provide the amps needed to safely fire that build?
What if the battery drains down to 3.6 Volts?
Is it still safe?

Yep, it's a test. The "Are you capable if using a mech safely" test.
If you are unable to answer those few VERY simple questions, IMO, you are not ready for a mech.
Please do more homework before splashing out on a non regulated device.

The reason @Izan is asking you this is to make sure you know what your doing and not going to be the next vaper on the 6:00 news with them saying you blew your hand and half your face off. If you don't understand the marriage between a battery (single, stacked, parallel or series) and the coils your building for said battery you could be hold a pipe bomb ready to explode.
Don't think a mech is just throw a build on an atty and throw a couple cells in the mod and go. Mechs can be very dangerous if you don't know what your doing and TBO if you can't answer the questions, there may not be many people willing to help you cause if you don't know what your doing they could be helping you to earn the next Darwin Award. He is looking out for your safety and that's all.

The LG HG2 is rated at 20amps.as the battery ages, its safe limits drop.
.18 draws 22amps from a fully charged battery.
That battery isnt suited for builds that low.

We are just trying to help you not damage your battery and cause it to explode in your face.
You really need to take time to learn and understand this stuff or you will learn the hard way, and may need stitches.
Its not hard, but it is very important.
Did you just guess the amps in the answer? it's way of mate.
The hg2 is a 20a battery. A .18 build is going to drop to about 3.7.
You'll be pulling over 20a from a fresh hg2 battery.
Not only that, it's a terrible choice as it's performance at that level will not be great.
There's no safety net if you did this build with those batteries as well.
You REALLY need to understand mechs to use them. You also need to know about physical battery safety (keeping wraps perfect)
People aren't being dicks in this thread, they are looking out for you.
There's so much information out there on mechs if you just google search. Don't just trust one source, go through everything, understand it.
Do some research and come back and ask again, to confirm your knowledge.
This is something that can blow up in your face or vent. People go to hospital.

nope my friend told me he's using mech mods over and year just wanted to ask people's opinion but nvm thanks anyway
Good luck and I hope your friend knows what he is doing and if he is a "good" friend he will show you in black and white and have you learn ohms law so you can be as safe as possible. Playing fast and loose with mechs will eventually catch up with you.
Remember this is a battery sealed in a pipe (pipe bomb) that you are sticking in your mouth.
Smart vapers take the time to understand what they shove in their mouths.
Knowledge is always good advice.

IME mechanical mods are better suited for thinner wire (higher resistance draws less current from a cell)
So don't twist your 26g and do try to get that higher resistance reading
when people lower that resistance they're only sacrificing their cell's capacity for a warmer vape. they won't make it through a whole day on any one cell.
