Medical Nebulizer - The ULTIMATE STEALTH VAPE???

Had a flash of genius sitting at the "pokies" (slots) last night...
Watched an old guy betting away his pension while hooked up to a heavy duty oxygen nebulizer kit.

Was mesmerised by the sexy gurgle of the machine, the light wisps of oxygen floating out of the mask at each raspy breath!

Hey...It's not politically correct but DAMN if i wasn't thinking of hooking up some e-juice and giving it a go!

Whadda ya think? Do-able? If not then maybe simulate it!

I'm thinking of a 12v emergency car jump box, 12v cigarette to USB converter, USB passthru to 901 and nebulizer kit (approx $15 USD for 10). AND a few random medical looking stickers!

NO-ONE DARES QUESTION A MAN WITH AN OXYGEN MASK!!!

I was an engineer at a pharmaceutical company that made / packaged drug liquids for nebulizer use.

They need to be water-thin, and not "foam" at all.

Not to mention, a nebulizer can go through 3-6ml of fliud in 15 minutes. (Pretty high dosage)

But, don't think I hadn't thought of it too,

If you diluted the nic enough with sterile salinated water (or whatever the carrier is supposed to be), you could expand the liquid to the required volume. It would take longer to get the nic, but it might be possible. I am not that desperate, yet.

So say you drip 9 drops of nic in 15 minutes...mix that with 4 ml of the right carrier diluent, attach your mask and inhale away.

Ridiculous, but possible.

Thanks for the info...I'm gonna visit my grandma in the nursing home and see if I can find a quiet room with a nebulizer to hook myself up!

Ooh, Sweet! Meatloaf!!

As far as the nebulizer, I'd be interested to see if we could make it work.. The Glycol base (or vegetable variant found in other juices) seem to have enough of a surfactant / soaplike property that I fear that no matter how much you dilute it down with saline. the act of bubbling through it would quickly pack the chamber with foam.

Might be an interesting experiment tho.. I can already see the devices, and names.. Imagine; A nebulizer connected to a WWII full-face gas mask.. We could call it the "Turbo Nicotator 3000" LOL..

wont work guys, the nebulizer does not heat the liquid, The juice needs to be heated for it to vaporize

Nebulizers work through the formation of micro droplets. Ever seen an ultrasonic humidifier? Like that. No heat required.
