As a general rule, no (it's been argued that trace amounts of various chemicals have been found at production plants in China). Anyway, as we're still in a gray area and have no official FDA testing or backing, it's best that e-liquid contents are kept painfully simple. Wouldn't want to give the naysayers any ammo...

Here's what I know about the asthma meds part of your question.

My sister asked if she could use her asthma meds in an ecig, she uses a nebulizer daily and wants something smaller/more portable and less noisy, so I started looking around the net.
From what I have read the current ecigs pose several problems.
Ecigs use heat, nebulizers and inhalers do not. This heat could do bad things to the meds.
The meds are very thin/watery, more so than straight pg, so some vg would likely have to be added, anything added would dilute the meds.
Also ecigs would not vaporize the medication particles small enough for the meds to properly enter and be absorbed by the lungs, so it is not effective for that use. I guess some did start out as ultrasonic, working more like the nebulizer, but have evolved into the heat method that we have now.

On a happy note I can vape in an enclosed space with her there and it does not trigger any asthma symptoms, and pretty much everything else in the world triggers her asthma lol.

I don't think I'd trust "medicated" e juices, unless it was strictly regulated by the FDA. But of course, we all know the corporate shills the FDA has been concerning e cigs in the first place.

And, good point about heating the meds. Heat can change the structure of some drugs, and its possible that could have a seriously adverse effect.
