Thanks everyone. I am honored to have this gem in my Reo family.
Oh yeah that is a weapon you have there . I have a couple customers still running them daily that I no of . Thanks for sharing :) btw that looks like a first run
Really, a first run even. Wow. So when was that?

I forgot to mention that mod has a adjustable connection
What do you mean, the 510?

I think Lisa & Wayne have MINE. Do you have the adapters?

She doesn't need adapters! That REO was sent for a 510 connector by the previous owner. New contacts too!
What were 'the adapters?'

Just wanted to tell everyone that Robert will upgrade these Wood REO's to 510 and also he will take the catch cup down some if you wish.

He might be able to make it a flush fitting. Now that would be cool!
It would be cool to be able to use different attys.
I also need to know the safest way to replace the bottle assembly. Or perhaps leave that for Rob to do if I send it up for that fix on the cup.

What do you mean, the 510? Those were originally made with a 801 connector. They were adjustible, like the newer 510's. Robert might not remember that he switched the connector on that one.

What were 'the adapters?' Robert had adapters that would work with the 801 connector so you could run 510 and other cartomizers and atomizers.

It would be cool to be able to use different attys. Most of the rba's today are 510. But you can still get adapters if you want to run something different.

I also need to know the safest way to replace the bottle assembly. Or perhaps leave that for Rob to do if I send it up for that fix on the cup.

Removal of the tube/cap should not be too hard. I have replaced a few on the older REO's. I usually try to loosen the top of the tubing with my fingernail before pulling it off. You can also use a razor knife and slit the tubing at the top where it connects if it is on tight. Since that connector was changed within the last year the tubing should have been changed also.
