On the edge of insanity..
I basically started out on an eGo C tank setup. I liked it and still do. I think the overall build quality is very good. It is easy to fill the little tanks and just as easy to clean. Same goes for the atomizers...they breakdown pretty easy and boiling them in water then a quick blow through the end and they're dry enough to refill and start again.

I have moved on since, but still use the batts for emergency cases. I carry my EVO with me when I go out, but have an extra eGo batt on standby just in case something happens.

Good luck in your purchase!

Cignot has the eGo-C type A (cone shaped tank) and Type B (cylinder tank). I use the A and it holds about 1ml. The B is larger like the Mega and holds about 2ml. I know there is a starter kit for both types that has everything but the battery since it looks like you already have one. They run bout $20, so that's what got me from a regular eGo with a 510 cartomizer to a Type A tank.

Cignot will send you prefilled carts at no additional charge, but I think the starter kit is empty. If you use VG juice, it has to be thinned out. I just had to thin my VG to 70% VG/ 30% PG to get it to wick properly, but once I did it was fine. Most juice is PG, so no problem. My VG also didn't work when I tried the mega, so you're prob OK there.

EDIT:
and I use the LR atty with menthol and toffee flavors, I haven't tried the standard resistance
