Melting Cartridges??!? 510 heat!!!

okay just bought a 510 from thevaporpro.com and i have a bit of a problem...

in my haste to get it up and going after charging the batts for a good 8 hrs... i failed to notice the "bridge?" part of the atomizer was wayyyyyyy of center, this resulted in my carts melting a little bit...just on the veryyy tip in a small small part of the edge....i have since bent it back to the center and it no longer burns carts but...

MY QUESTION IS THIS:

do you guys think i should keep vaping with this atomizer or should i just forget about it and toss it out? i don't want any plastic residue messin me up... i should note that as far as taste goes i can tell no difference between this and the other two atomizers i have for the 510....

another question, does anybody know if there are any carts for the 510 that don't feel like they are "bubbling" due to the liquid that gets caught up in the airways from the mass amounts of vapor?

I wouldn't worry about the melted plastic, it just deforms the plastic and isn't "burning it" a lot of mine do this. I even notched a couple where they tend to melt. No problems.
As for the bubbling, I just pull the cart and wipe it on my jeans every so often. No other carts available that I have seen.
The 510 cart does have a resoviour in the end, just take a paperclip and put in the hole and pop the cap off so you can dry up the juice with a paper towel.

thanks Vince makes me feel better to know im not the only one having this issue... and thanks alot for the tip on the carts just what i needed, a quick way to get all that juice out and get back to smooth vaping... i think i am gonna try to mod the cart myself and see where i can get with it... i will post results if i am successful.
