So I see all these posts and replies from different members and noticed some are full members, others are super, ultra, ecf veterans etc., but can't find anything on ecf that explains the difference of all these different members status. I did find the verified member info and folding@home which really made me curious and after reading about it, enrolled in the program and currently have a project running on a spare computer. Thanks in advance for your input.

Seems to me it is basically just on number of posts.

several titles lol one is based on post level one is based on forum age
and then there's the different groups you can apply to be members of
and of course the ever helpful supporting title showing you supported ecf either by monies or gifts or something
and of course staff titles

and then there's always the staff inflicted titles  that they "punish" people with :p

How do I get my Veteran status? This months marks a year I've been a member of ECF. While do a search I found a post that says to go into your setting, group permissions, and there you will see groups you can ask for permission. I get this when trying to access permissions, "There are currently no public usergroups available for you to join.."

BTW, I am waiting for being verified and cant wait to get access to classifieds/coops.

Just give it a bit of time. The process for verification is manual and sometimes the backlog gets a bit full. Give it a day or two and if you haven't been verified, send a PM to j0ker. :)
