Menthol carts messed up?

I just went through 3 mental carts. None give any vapor. I refilled them and still nothing. I refilled the mints and they give me good vapor and good throat hit. But the menthol carts are not working that well. I would assume one was bad but this is my third one that is not working well.

By the way, I refilled my mint ones twice and they work GREAT. Just the menthol ones that aren't working too well.

All my marlboro menthol work fine, maybe PM steve and see if he knows anything. Either way I'm sure he'll make it right!!!

Try rinsing the menthol cartos, then refilling and see if that helps. But yeah, let Steve know...

I use menthol everyday, all day, something is wrong here, I did pm , and offered replacement, cause, eh, anything can have issues, just VERY uncommon with my menthols.

I had this same issue with 1 cart. All my others were ok.

Thanks Steve, for offering to replace the carts. Your customer service is by far, the best one I've ever received. I opened up a 4th cart, refilled it and seems to be working perfectly.
