Hi for those who vape non nicotine liquids.. I wonder which to choose sparemint or menthol? Which stronger hits to throat? (as i heared that only menthol non nicotine liquid is simmilar to liquid with nicotine as it's hit to throat). Or are they (menthol and sparemint) the same strength only taste is a bit different? Any thoughts?

Any of the mint type flavors are going to be ever so slightly abrasive to the throat, but the actual throat hit depends very much on the individual liquid's recipe. Honestly I don't have any menthol or mint liquids that I've made to test out throat hit, and even if I did non-nic varieties are counterproductive for me. (I treat my ADD with nicotine as well as my addiction to it and enjoyment of the feeling)

Please note that this info is just what I've picked up over the years. As I said I don't normally vape mints.

I've been vaping 3 different minty products of late.

26mg mint from A-Z Smokefree- Tastes like spearmint to me, PG-VV base of unknown ratio, decent TH, somewhat better than any of the other non-minty flavors.

26mg? "menthol" from Ismokevapor- strikes me as very close to menthol with perhaps a little "mint" flavoring, but like peppermint. Also a decent TH.

18mg "menthol ice" from Velvet Vapors in pure VG- dry menthol, no "mint" taste to me, extremely smooth and cold with little TH in comparison.

All 3 have their appeals and all 3 are different formulations with a similar minty theme. Looks like it depends on the mixmaster.
