Ok, so I received a sample of Merlot Wine flavor from Flavor West. I personally hate wine both in taste and smell. However, my wife does enjoy wine. So, anyone have any suggestions on using the Merlot Wine flavor? Should I just throw it in by itself at 10-15% or is it the kind of flavor that needs to be mixed with something?
