Metal Cartridges?

Okay, here's something I haven't seen... Has anyone made their own cartridge? Or know of a supplier?

I'm intrested in something that would fit a 510 atty, and would prefer the 801 whistle tip style (It's just smaller and smoother).

It's gotta be a cartridge - not a drip tip!

Or a glass one so you can see the level of liquid.

Due to the design of the reservoir cart, it would be very difficult to make in metal or glass. It could be done with some design trickery, but might be prohibitively expensive at that point.

Yeah - that's what I was thinking too....
Or maybe just an empty tip - seeings how this would be going on a bottom feeder...

Or maybe I'll just take some pipe and hit it flat with a hammer...

I bet one of the guys manufacturing metal drip tips could do something like that with out much trouble. It's the tiny air passages that would be the hard part.

I wish I had access to a machine shop!
