So I love the Cherry vape Ming drip tips, or whatever ripoff ones that come along that are cheaper. I got an awesome aluminum ming, and a chromed clone that I tend to favor. Problem is I get this nasty build up that gets caked on under the lip that I can only assume is dried spit. Doesn't happen with the acrylic tips, just with the metal ones and doesn't matter if its Cherry vape or not. I cant say if any other style tip does it cause I have no other metal drip tip. Any way to prevent this cause its nasty when I am out in public, and I cant always rinse it off.

Wet it and wipe it on the underside of your shirt is what I do;-) it happens with all metal DTs It is pretty grody looking to. I thought it was just me till you said something.
I have the same issue with metal DTs. I just wipe them clean when I notice it and move on. Drip Tip Crud is better than smelling like an old ashtray.
