Mid July Premiums vs. Cool Cart Premiums

I apologize if this has been answered before, but I have a question. I ordered a bunch of Cowboy Premium carts in Mid July, right before they ran out. I prefer them over Wow carts for a number of reasons.

The question is are the new Premium Cool Cart Cowboys the same as the Standard Premium Cowboys I ordered in Mid July. The ones I ordered a month ago did have higher batting fill than the premiums of 2 or 3 months ago and they do seem to burn cooler. Are these new Cool Cart Cowboys any different from the ones ordered 4 weeks ago? Perhaps, they just have new labels?
