I have a mvp2 and LOVE it. But.... it only lasts about a day. I ran it dead about 10 mins ago. And now im reading 3.7 ? Shouldnt it be still low?

I charge every-night no matter what Level my battery is at. I thought i would be safe doing this. Mabey im wrong and im messing up the life of the battery? I have been vaping alot more as of lateley tho..... Mabey im just wearing it out due to that? But when the battery drains to Yellow it takes no time to go to red then off..... DID i get a dud?

I use a 1amp wall brick and the cable that came with it to charge it. Or if im messing around at night i charge like using a pass thru.

Thoughts?

I get around 960 toots before my battery goes to yellow. I usually have 3.7 at that time and use it longer before I charge. Is it better to just charge it everyday? I have been pleased with this battery life. The best out of everything I use. Even the 18650. How long have you been charging it? I suppose it has to lose some of its power the older it gets. Good luck to you. I absolutely love my mvp2.

Well i'm waiting for spring to come back when ever it decides to..... so till then i'm laid off and just sitting around the house. I guess i'm using this like a pacifier. Went thru about 4-5 ml of juice yesterday in the mini pro tank. So mabey im just getting normal life out of this.... I thought it would last me longer tho. I read about it lasting 2-3 days on a charge. But i must vape more than the average person ???

Either way i love it! Ive only had it for 2-3 weeks so far.

Hahaha ! Thats a good one.

Looks like my wife is keeping hers now....... Got her j wrap in and it looks sweet on it! So she said ill just hold on to this. LOL
2 hrs later her spinner fell 1 ft from a folding TV tray to the coffee table. And now has a loose battery and wont fire. My MVP has fallen farther than that and no issues at all ! (damn dogs tails do it not me.)

lol just killed it now time to charge thank you pass thu. :toast:

These batteries do not have the memory issues that the old NiCads did so you can charge it at whatever level it shows. Every night is fine and you do not have to run it down before charging. Safety says never charge any battery unattended but we know that people charge cell phones etc overnight. My cordless phones are always on chargers. But they don't have high power mod batteries.

Mine could possibly last 1.5 days, but I charge it every night as well simply because I vape at 11w constantly. Both my dripper and KF are at 1.8ohms and I get the best flavor that way. I almost never get it to yellow but as soon as I see it at 3.8 or 3.7 it worries me it wont last the next day so I charge it everyday.

I'd say it's normal unless your vaping at 8w

Lithium ion batteries like to be charged while still holding some energy. I looked at some studies regarding them and the conclusion was charge them often - don't wait until they are dead. Partial charges are good.

You might run a ohm check on your coil. You may have the equivalent of a dead short (not enough resistance - like .1 ohm) that will deplete the battery very quickly.
I hope this helps
