Unless you can get Milk Man as part of a multi-bottle deal or during a Black Sunday-type sale, it is almost always exactly $60 no matter where you buy it in the US.

I have always suspected that OHW sets the minimum sell price for their retailers. Margins for dealers is pretty crappy on OHW juice as well and nobody wants to sell below cost.
