Milky Way
I have a liquid today that I've been wanting to try for a long time. It's Milky Way from the famous Spanish reviewer, El Mono Vapeador. The liquid tries to recreate a very famous dessert here in Spain, though it's also well-known in many other countries and its recipe varies from one to another. Thanks to Vapeo24 for making this review possible.
According to the brand: Inspired by the traditional homemade rice pudding dessert, this flavor combines the smoothness of a sweet dairy base with the subtle contrast of a fresh lemon zest, resulting in a harmonious, delicate, and very pleasant mix in the mouth.
The smell test, simply, oh my god. To me, it smells exactly like rice pudding; I have no other simple and effective way to explain it. It is simply and purely that dessert. I have to say that the cinnamon note is noticeable and I love it. It's quite pronounced and I think it gives it an incredible note (besides providing a good throat hit when vaping, in my experience). I would really like to be able to explain it another way, or be more precise with the description, but I simply don't know how it could be compared to any other dessert or aroma. It has that unique aroma that you either know, or it cannot be explained in any other way.
We move on to the taste test, which is what's really important. The liquid has been tested on an Oumier Wasp Nano with a handmade coil, which could slightly vary your experience. Well, the taste again is really similar to real rice pudding, which we can find in supermarkets in Spain or make at home. The cinnamon provides a very good throat hit; it's a harsh liquid on the throat (especially those first puffs of the morning, which we all know are the most pleasant and the harshest). Something that doesn't quite convince me is that I notice a slight, but slight, chemical note. I would love not to notice it and for it not to be there, but even slightly, it is noticeable and I think it's something to keep in mind.
In conclusion, I loved this liquid and I encourage anyone who is curious about it to try it if they have the chance. Also, it's not very cloying and can be vaped all day long, enjoying every puff.
