Hi All,

I come from smoking about 18 camel lights per day.. What milligram dosage would you recommend to replace my analogs and get started on electric?

16-18 mg is a pretty safe bet for someone who smokes standard light cigs, though you may need to bump up to a 24 mg for trigger points or down to a 12 if you find you really absorb the nic from vaping rapidly.

I smoked Marl Reds, use 24 often, a bit of 30 for stress, 12 - 15 mg for chain-vaping at a computer. A friend who is just switching smoked lights, was sold a bunch of 12, had to upgrade to 18 and 24.

Markfm is correct - somehere between 12mg & 18mg. I would suggest getting some sample size bottles in various nic ratings to try until you find the level that works.
