so i have been moving and a little inactive on here and my current vaping facebook page for people locally to me, but today i had some time and got back at it. the crazy thing to me is that, even though i have only been doing this for only 22ish days, i have passed up around 500+ analogs, that counter astonishes me, thankful tho that i have done this, my wife and child are happier, i feel better, so in closing for this post thank you e-cig forum you have been great and i look forward to the discussions, comments, and new friends made on here. you have been a great tool and support for me.

Yea mna, it's crazy when you see the numbers. The $ is one thing and I had always done mental maths to figure it(and mine is way off with all the hardware since I did the sig), but cigarettes avoided # is jaw dropping.

Grats on 22 days btw, ECF is a great place hey?

Yes. When I look at my own counter I think of how many cartons (10 packs of cigarettes) that was and how full the bucket that used to hold my cigarette butts would be by now. I often consider how much closer to the grave I'd be and rejoice that I am not, for I am loved. Every day becomes a little easier. Every day becomes less of a challenge. Take these minor wins and add them up to an overall victory in the war against tobacco.

I agree, when i first found the counter and i saw the number of smokes i would have had in just a few months my jaw dropped. I just couldn't believe the amount of ..... i was pumping into my body. But How much better do you feel now. Keep it up

I never set up a counter, but I figure after 22 months of not smoking 1.5 packs a day, that's about 20,000 cigs I didn't smoke. You know what I think I love most? Not emptying ashtrays! And not being ashamed of how my house & clothing smell. Oh, and there's that whole no-longer-coughing thing as well.

I just calculated mine at a pack and a half habit... 4260 cigarettes.

Would have spent about $852 on smokes in the meanwhile.

I find a counter and check every so often. Calculated with vape gear I've bought.... I've actually started saving money finally. Although honestly, I don't care. I know I've saved more than that when you factor in the health benefits.

Congratulations on quitting and your not paying money to kill yourself. Vapor is a great way to stop smoking but still have the experience of smoking but healthier vaping

I only cut down to about 1/4 my former smoking level - even so, after 30 days (about) I have avoided 900 cigs! wow!
