Hi everyone,

after doing much research on this forum, i finally ordered a mini lava tube.

My very first variable voltage P.V. :D

I really really really hope that it'll outperform my current Janty Stick V1, V3 & 650 eGo-T.

I would like to thank those who took the trouble to review/comment.

I would also like to thank the owner/owners of E.C.F. for hosting such a fabulous site.

Donation on it's way soon :)

I get a little bit more out of my lr cartos with my full size lavatube, but I cant push them much higher than the egos voltage without burning them. Ce2s, same thing. Dripping is great with the included 3.0ish atty. I need some higher resistance cartos. Its a very nice pv, I take it with me everywhere now, along with a few ego batts for when I need that dual hitting satisfaction.

Hi all,

thx to those who replied :p

purchased another lava tube(18650) shortly after a week or two, as i wasn't satisfied with the mini's battery life.

the kit came with two totally unlabeled IMR18350, bought another two original AW IMR18350(thought would vape longer).

Vaped at 6 volts on a Boge single coil cartomizer(measured 3.2 ohms) within a SmokTech 6 ml tank.

Noticed that every 20 puffs(3 second drag) reduces battery by 0.1 volt ... AW stated that when it's batteries reaches

3.6 volts, swap new batteries.

continue later ... dinner time.

A 2000 mAH 18650 should have no problem getting you through an entire day. Many people can even get 2 full days out of each one.

As for when you change out batteries...3.6v seems a bit early. :p I'd switch out when I hit the 3.2v-3.4v range.

I bought the full-sized LT after using the mini-LT for about a week or two.

the mini-LT AW IMR18350 batteries simply cannot provide me enough vape time.

I needed roughly 16 hours of vape time and I've four AW IMR18350 batts.

even with four batts, still couldn't hold out that long.

full sized LT (2x AW IMR18650) on the other hand did it for me.

I think you'll be pleasently surprised. I certainly was. If you haven't done so already, Phil Busardo has a very good review of the "LT". I learned a lot from just that one review. pbusardo's Channel - YouTube

oh yes, i was. :D

Phil is my favorite go-to-guy for honest non-biased reviews.

b'cos of his review on VMAX, i bought & received one a couple of days ago.

and man! what an EXPERIENCE

if only i waited just that tiny little bit more,

then I wouldn't have bought the mini-LT and full-sized LT.

still haven't bought myself a PROVARI yet but I believe curiosity will kill the cat in me eventually. :p

unless of course someone did a honest "Satisfaction Review" between them volt on volt. (3.0v vs 3.0v and so on)

Norn welcome to the forum and Congratulations on your purchase while i do not have that device i have a vv and there a nice step up from the ego.
I still have the ego as does the Mrs. and still use it as well.

Thank You Very Much :)

IMHO, any device (APV or not) is GREAT, so long as it serves it's purpose to replace analogs and satisfies you.

ur doggie is so cute and adorable, can't stop smiling just by looking that tongue out.

hahahaha :p:p:p:p

i'm new to these AW IMR batteries, thank you for the advice, :)

i read on a flashlight forum on care for AW IMR batts supposedly by the AW guy himself saying that 3.6v = 0 percent left.

i'll try ur tactic of recharging the batts after dropping to 3.2v~3.4v.

Thanks! :)
