Mini lavatube and extension

Hey guys, I searched a few different terms but couldn't find a link. Who has the best price here in the US for a mini lavatube and extension cap for 18650? Links would be greatly appreciated.

Apollo. After the rebate, about $50 for the kit- with a 1 year warranty. By far the best deal I've found.

The extender tube is about $9

Nope. I wanted a full size one, and didn't realize at the time that you could get the extender tube. Apollo is out of the full size, so I got one from Totally Wicked instead (same PV, just a different vendor).

If I had known about the extender tube, I'd have ordered from apollo.
