Hi I'm new here but have been vaping for around 2 months which helped me quit my smokes from one day to another, even though i get to smoke more now than i did before. Anyway
I've been using an Itaste VV XL 800 Mah for some time, but after the charger failed on me and the top sort a started going lose i had to warrenty it and that could take forever, so i'm looking for a replacement ecig. I really would like an VV, Usb Mini/micro charged as those are things i can always find anywhere in the world.

So i want to ask if any have some recommendation on a VV USB mini/micro charged, that would be around 800 Mah so it isnt too big to carry around.

Thank you very much ^^

Regards Dan

Hi Dan and Welcome to ECF :)

The only ones you will find in the realm of 800 mAh without replaceable batteries are the VV V3 like you had and the eGo passthrough style. The eGo styled ones will say Passthrough in the name and connect like this one
Good luck finding what you are after :)

Thanks, Is Itaste really the only ones around with micro usb charging ? I'm really into the convenience of just having one charger for my phone and vape. The other Itaste i had was an older model which had an old charger type that is hard to come by, but it did work really well for the time i had it, but was hoping to try something new :).

If the Itaste works, just buy another or three. No?

Have fun

Well the Itaste did work untill the top started comming lose and the cheap charger died which is not really replaceable since it's not on stock anywhere, I dont want to have the same issue twice so looking around for alternatives.

It's the size issue, plenty of choices, but not much in that form factor. Most will be much longer and/or much thicker. (MVP, iTaste CLK)

Good luck

It is the only choice in the super small 800mAh category. You have more selection on this with the larger batteries, there are just only so many choices at your size preference :)

Also +1 on MVP2 if that one amuses you at all. Its a great battery and quite durable. Its smaller than it appears in photos and rather pocketable. :)

the mvp really isnt that big, check it out. lot more battery life in that one.

MVP all the way. It's bigger, but I use mine everyday all day.

The MVP is alittle execsive in size i think, i like that it can fit snugly into a bottomed inter pocket and dont look like a pacemaker xD.

After having seen some reviews of the Itaste vv3 it sounds as though it cant reach it's max setting unless you have a high Ohm resistance on it, that was kinda disappointing. Is the Ego and the Itaste the only Micro Usb devices around these days ? :(

MVP2 is smaller than it appears in photos, its pretty equivalent to a pack of smokes. If those fit in the pocket in question that is a good size reference.

Most any battery in the class with the Itaste VV V3 will have the same problem. Batteries that small can only do so much.

Its the only micro USB in your size preference. There are things like the Evic, Hana Modz, Sigelei Legend, etc. that are in the larger class and charge via micro USB.

Thanks for replying.

Those ecig you mentioned are you able to charge them directly with the micro USB or would you have to remove the batteries to charge them? I really like the possibilities to remove batteries once they die so I wouldn't have to replace the whole unit and having a more reliable device.

So if i wanted to go to larger class which one would you recommend with micro usb charging ? maybe a bit cheaper than those you listed.

All the larger one have batteries that need to be removed and charged unless you go to a box mod with a built in battery. The smallest would be the MVP.

That is you only option for an APV that charges with a micro USB.

Thanks for the reply, Yes i've been reading up on it alittle, Which one should i move up to if i wanted one which is micro usb charged and have removable batteries, even if it does get a little bigger ? any recommedations ?

I think you should try again but be more gentle with the threads, also where one failed another won't necessarily fail the same way. The pass throughs are cool but I don't have any yet.

SM-N900V DE

Sorry might have jumped the gun here alittle, stressed me out not being able to vape anymore since my old itaste vv v2 had it's charger busted.

I would recommend the iTaste VV3, tbh.

I have heard that it dont quite able to deliver out the voltage it's rated for but i'm still on the edge on this and the MVP.

The only one I can think of off the top of my head is a Hana Modz. You can get a clone from fasttech and probably other places as well. Like most DNA20 or DNA30 mods, they usually have a micro USB but you will also pay a premium unless you find a clone.
