Mini pro tank 3 drilled out

I drilled out one of the air holes with 1/16 bit and it did make it very airy but the cloud of vapor and flavor is awesome. I am behind that cloud of vapor.

Thank you for sharing this. I have a few questions.

1. What was the PG/VG %'s of the eliquid you are using?
2. Was the tank able to feed the atomizer fast enough without giving you burnt hits?
3. What type of drill did you use - i.e. electric or hand.drill?
4. I have many Mini Protank 2 v2's. How did the Mini Protank 3 (pre drilled) compare to the Mini Protank 2 v2 (if you have any)?

I used an electric drill with a steel 1/16 bit very slow speed. I vape diy 50/50 blackberry cheesecake. And have not had a single dry hit.

I'm sorry I can't compare to the pro tank 2. But the pro Tank: mini just did not seem to produce enough vapor or taste so my gamble was worth it now it's my favorite tank.

Sorry to answer in so posts but I'm all thumbs with an I phone. Yes the atomizer is fed plenty fast and no burnt hits either. Using an MVP 2.0 at 10.5 watts

The best vapes I ever had with my pro1 was right before it broke... when the 510 threads were breaking off and it was just barely hanging on all angled about to break off and stuff. Super loose draw crazy clouds and vape. Kept it going for a couple days like that. Dang that was good. Makes me Wonder how to replicate it..

I love the mini protanks, when I started vaping they were my favorite tank, so I bought two more,3 total. I thought maybe I'd try drilling one, and it worked out so well I drilled all three! Great, great vape. I'm into rebuildables now, but my mini pt2's still in the rotation. Sometimes (and dont tell my friends that I converted to rebuildables lol) I wonder why I even switched to kayfuns, aquas, taifuns, etc, befause my drilled,1.2ohm rebuilt coil mini pt2 hangs with them, if not performs better sometimes. I highly, highly recommend drilling mini pt2s. I used 1/16 also, did all three holes, but you can drill one, try it, and then drill another or all holes if you need. Im contemplating drilling one out, one drill bit size bigger, and see how it vapes. Good luck, hope I helped.

Great idea. I have a few mini pt3's and a mini aero tank. When I bought new heads for my mini pt3, I was unsatified with the air flow which is why I picked up an aero tank. I found myself not using the pt3s, just drilled 2 holes and its performing awesome. Thanks for sharing!
