Hoping someone can help as I can find nothing elsewhere. My mini protank has suddenly started tasting what I can only describe as like plastic or chemicals. It is rather disgusting! I have changed the atomizer and cleaned the battery but nothing seems to help. Anyone know what is the world is going on with it?

Take it completely apart and soak it in hot water. Do this a couple of time. Make sure the "O"rings are seated correctly when you put it back together. Fill with a different juice. I had a juice a while back that tasted like perfume and I had to do this. Oh, change the atomizer in case it is the juice.

Use vodka to clean it and replace your coil, the plastic chemical taste on the protanks is caused by the groumet that isolate the legs of the coil when you get a hot leg, so if youre rebuilding your own coils check for hotlegs before use it and dont vape at high voltages with your protanks try to stay at 4.0v.
